Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business goals, anticipating industry trends.
- AI & Automation Leadership: Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and automation tools to optimize operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Innovation Incubation: Research and pilot emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing concepts) to stay ahead of the curve.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select strategic technology partners and software vendors that align with our long-term vision.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current workflows and propose digital transformation solutions to enhance agility.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MBA, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, IT management, or digital transformation.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies and successfully implementing them.
