Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap aligned with market evolution and technological convergence
- Analyze emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and socioeconomic trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and scale future-focused products/services
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure strategic initiatives' impact and ROI

Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
