- Develop innovation frameworks to bridge futuristic concepts with commercial execution
- Partner with product and engineering teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders and secure cross-functional buy-in
- Monitor emerging technologies and regulatory landscapes to inform strategic pivots
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology foresight
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruption forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Technology, or Business Innovation preferred
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight required
