Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year strategic plans aligned with 2026 technological and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Develop scenario models for global disruptions (climate, geopolitical, economic) and mitigation strategies
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-proof principles across all business verticals
- Establish and lead global think tanks with MIT, Oxford, and Singularity University
- Drive R&D investment allocation for breakthrough technologies with 10x impact potential
- Author annual 'Future State' reports influencing industry policy and public discourse
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futures research, or C-suite innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, neurotech) and market disruption
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities with predictive analytics
