Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a long-term strategic roadmap for 2026 and beyond
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategic priorities and execution plans
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment to ensure resilience and adaptability
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and adjust as needed
- Stay ahead of the curve by continuously researching emerging technologies and business models
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
- Experience working in fast-paced, innovative environments
- Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT) and their business impact
