Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic vision aligned with emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead scenario planning and predictive analysis to identify market opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize innovation portfolios and resource allocation
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring strategic initiatives' impact
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members with data-backed recommendations
- Build and maintain relationships with industry thought leaders and innovation partners
- Drive organizational change management to embed strategic priorities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Strategic Planning (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies and market trend analysis
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning skills
- Track record of executing multi-year transformational strategies
- Strong presentation skills with executive communication experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) or similar
- Experience scaling high-growth technology organizations
