Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating technological, economic, and sociocultural forecasting
- Partner with C-suite executives to align long-term vision with quarterly business objectives
- Design and implement scenario-planning frameworks for market volatility and disruption
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling and data-driven narratives
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype future business models
- Author annual Future State reports with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven horizon-planning experience
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Horoscope, Delphi Method, Futures Wheel)
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization and scenario modeling software
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into business strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ horizon-planning projects with measurable impact
