Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in systems architecture with quantum computing exposure

- Expertise in cryptographic protocols (zero-knowledge proofs, homomorphic encryption)
- Proficiency in neuromorphic programming (Spiking Neural Networks)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, future AI legislation)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system simulations
