Qualifications

- Expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, and distributed ledger systems
- Proven track record of designing systems for 10+ year operational lifespans

- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech design
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Systems Engineering
