Responsibilities

- Optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) to support real-time data processing and machine learning workloads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and validate cutting-edge technologies.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and establish coding standards for future-proof codebases.
- Conduct rigorous system analysis to identify bottlenecks and implement robust solutions.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in systems architecture, backend development, or software engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Deep knowledge of cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless frameworks.
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Kafka) and machine learning pipelines.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance standards (SOC2, GDPR).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
