Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and oversee the implementation of core infrastructure systems required for the year 2026 technological milestones.
- Precision Engineering: Develop high-performance algorithms for neural networks and predictive modeling with a focus on zero-latency processing.
- System Integration: Lead the integration of disparate technologies into cohesive, scalable cloud-native ecosystems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future-facing systems adhere to the highest standards of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations.
- R&D Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional units to translate abstract concepts into tangible product features.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed systems.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve unstructured problems and innovate under pressure.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
