Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define the high-level system architecture for our 2026 roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- AI Strategy: Translate complex business goals into technical roadmaps, focusing on Generative AI and Quantum Computing integration.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- R&D Integration: Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate cutting-edge algorithms before full-scale deployment.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to global AI safety standards and ethical guidelines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to C-level executives and non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related STEM field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and innovate for future technological paradigms.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
