Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Collaborate with C-suite executives to articulate a long-term technology strategy that aligns with business goals and industry trends.
- System Design: Architect robust, scalable, and secure system solutions that can handle future growth and complexity.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge IoT) to determine their viability for integration.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams, set architectural standards, and drive technical decision-making processes.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks in the roadmap and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of anticipating industry shifts and successfully implementing future-forward solutions.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent is a plus.
