Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, resilient systems capable of handling next-generation AI workloads and data volumes.
- Lead research initiatives into emerging technologies, specifically focusing on the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum-ready algorithms into existing cloud infrastructures.
- Define technical standards and best practices for ethical AI implementation and data sovereignty.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to future-proof architectures, ensuring zero downtime.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in System Architecture, Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Machine Learning infrastructure.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in a high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI models, LLMs, and their deployment architectures.
- Experience with Quantum Computing concepts and hybrid classical-quantum systems.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Strong focus on cybersecurity, privacy-preserving computation, and ethical AI governance.
