Responsibilities

- Lead the technical strategy for Project 2026, overseeing the migration to quantum-ready cloud infrastructures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of AI researchers, security experts, and UX designers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security compliance, and system performance monitoring.
- Mentor junior architects and engineering staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct architectural reviews and risk assessments to ensure system integrity and business continuity.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Rust, or Go.
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-year engineering projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional or TOGAF are highly desirable.
