Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning innovation with business growth.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and autonomous systems into core workflows.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging tech stacks and recommend strategic investments.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and product strategists on future-forward methodologies.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the evolving tech landscape.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology roles (CTO, VP of Engineering, or equivalent).
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and Web3 technologies.
- Proven track record of defining long-term (5+ year) technology visions.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
