Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI and distributed systems.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable microservices architectures that can handle exabyte-scale data processing.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into core business workflows to automate complex decision-making.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into business value for C-level executives and product teams.
- R&D Oversight: Prototype and validate emerging technologies (e.g., edge computing, quantum algorithms) for potential future deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, Go, and distributed systems. Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is mandatory.
- AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, NLP, and Generative AI architectures.
