Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Create and communicate a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business goals, anticipating trends up to the year 2026.
- Lead Architectural Decisions: Make high-level strategic decisions regarding technical feasibility, system architecture, and long-term technology investments.
- Oversee AI & Automation Integration: Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge AI and machine learning models into our core workflow to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Ensure Scalability & Security: Design systems that are not only scalable for future growth but also resilient against emerging security threats.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and executive teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Mentor Engineering Teams: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring senior engineers and fostering innovation across departments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and successfully executing them.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust).
- Futuristic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to research and adapt to emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Edge Computing) ahead of the curve.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
