Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and prioritize the strategic technology initiatives required to reach the 2026 vision, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Emerging Tech R&D: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (e.g., Spatial Computing, Neural Interfaces, Agentic AI) and assess their viability for immediate integration.
- Architectural Vision: Design scalable, future-proof system architectures that can accommodate rapid technological shifts.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for C-suite executives and investors.
- Pilot Program Management: Spearhead the testing and deployment of pilot projects for 2026-ready technologies.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor global tech trends to identify competitive advantages and potential disruptors.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in software architecture, product management, or strategic technology roles.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Microservices.
- Visionary Thinking: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and successfully implementing long-term strategic shifts.
- Leadership: Experience leading high-performance teams through periods of rapid innovation and change.
