Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for integrating emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge AI, into our core products.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design robust, high-performance systems capable of handling exabytes of data and millions of concurrent users.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to identify and validate new technologies before they become industry standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Maintain the highest standards of code quality and mentor senior engineering teams on best practices for scalable systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust, with deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
- AI/ML Expertise: Proven track record in implementing Large Language Models (LLMs) or similar advanced AI frameworks.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think several years ahead and translate long-term visions into short-term, executable milestones.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
