Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) that will drive competitive advantage.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure capable of handling next-gen workloads and real-time data processing.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and investors.
- R&D Integration: Prototype and validate cutting-edge technologies to ensure our products remain years ahead of market trends.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish ethical guidelines for AI deployment and ensure all systems adhere to global data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or product development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of AI/ML models, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and quantum computing principles.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products and leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Foresight: Strong intuition for identifying technological shifts and adapting organizational strategy accordingly.
