Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term 2026 technical roadmap, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing interfaces, and Advanced Robotics.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen workloads.
- Foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Design, and Executive leadership, to translate vision into actionable technical strategy.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, ensuring the team is equipped to tackle complex challenges.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and Natural Language Processing.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities in ambiguous environments.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is a plus.
