- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning R&D with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders for cutting-edge research
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget, ensuring optimal ROI on experimental technologies
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of calculated risk-taking and rapid iteration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership, with proven impact on commercialized tech
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology)
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams through product development lifecycles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication abilities for translating complex technical concepts to stakeholders
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks like Lean Startup
