Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Biomedical Engineering
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum projects from prototype to production
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000)
- Published research in Nature, Science, or equivalent tier journals
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit) and neuromorphic computing
- Strong background in sustainable tech and carbon-negative systems
- Exceptional strategic vision with ability to articulate complex futures
