- Architect and execute technology innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for emerging tech domains
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with disruptive potential
- Drive strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure innovation ROI and adoption rates
- Mentor talent in emerging technologies and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in innovation/R&D roles
- Proven track record launching technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, Biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future trends
