Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with market potential by 2026
- Develop innovation frameworks that balance technical feasibility with ethical and regulatory considerations
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Manage R&D budget allocation for future-facing projects
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and global tech incubators
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, neurotech)
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams of 15+ professionals
- Published thought leadership in future tech journals or conferences
- Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
