Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-era technology roadmaps spanning quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable infrastructure
- Architect innovation frameworks that align emerging technologies with market demands and regulatory landscapes
- Drive prototyping and MVP development for next-gen solutions including decentralized systems and neuro-interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators focused on 2026+ capabilities
- Present future-vision strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor innovation specialists in emerging domains while maintaining technical credibility across disciplines
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and ethical frameworks to ensure compliance and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years leading future-focused initiatives or R&D labs
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotechnology, or sustainable systems
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with 10M+ user impact
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and global regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to translate abstract concepts into executable roadmaps
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Experience managing cross-cultural innovation teams across 3+ continents
