Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive technologies
- Drive R&D investments in emerging fields (quantum AI, biotech interfaces, Web4.0)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor technical talent in future-focused skill development
- Ensure ethical compliance and sustainability in all tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products/services (3+ examples)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Strong background in R&D management and agile development methodologies
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
- Experience with venture capital funding and startup ecosystems
- Exceptional presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
