- Build and mentor high-performance technical innovation teams
- Drive patent portfolios for next-gen proprietary systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE/Nature journals (2020-2023)
- Proficiency in tech forecasting methodologies
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language
