- Mentor 15+ engineers and product designers in future-focused methodologies
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and partnerships with NASA, Stanford, and MIT
- Launch 3+ patent-pending solutions annually for Fortune 500 clients
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in quantum/AI leadership
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research in Nature/Science
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging tech (FDA, FCC, ISO 20700)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing architectures
