- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused allocation
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in future-tech planning
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and circular economy models
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech ventures
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and system architecture modeling
- Security clearance for national innovation projects (preferred)
