Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of next-gen platforms using emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, decentralized AI)
- Architect scalable solutions addressing 2026 industry challenges in healthcare, climate tech, and autonomous systems
- Mentor senior engineers while fostering a culture of continuous innovation and ethical tech development
- Collaborate with product teams to translate market trends into technical roadmaps with 3-5 year vision
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography and edge computing paradigms
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring impact of futuristic technologies on business outcomes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven track record in scaling distributed systems
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, biocomputing, or neuro-interfaces)
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technologies or AI ethics
- Experience leading teams through technology paradigm shifts (e.g., cloud-native to quantum-native)
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and responsible innovation frameworks
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on future technologies
- Portfolio demonstrating implementation of speculative tech concepts
