The Role:
As our Future Tech Lead, you will own the technical vision for our upcoming product lines, ensuring they are resilient, scalable, and prepared for the demands of 2026. You will collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into robust technical architectures.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, focusing on AI integration and cloud scalability.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Architect complex distributed systems that can handle millions of transactions with zero downtime.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Edge Computing.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and DevOps automation.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Conduct technical due diligence for acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or TypeScript.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-availability systems.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and data pipelines is a significant plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
