Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the implementation of scalable AI and automation frameworks designed for 2026 and future workloads.
- Design and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI pipelines to enhance product capabilities.
- Establish robust MLOps strategies to streamline model training, testing, and continuous deployment.
- Define long-term technology roadmaps aligned with emerging industry trends and future-proof our infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies into existing software ecosystems.
- Ensure system security, data privacy, and ethical AI compliance across all development phases.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture or Future Tech leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI systems capable of handling massive data volumes.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, bias mitigation, and data governance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
