Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for 2026 enterprise solutions, bridging the gap between classical computing and quantum paradigms.
- Lead the integration of proprietary quantum algorithms with large-scale neural networks to enhance processing power.
- Define the technical roadmap for our proprietary Future Tech stack, ensuring long-term scalability and robustness.
- Mentior a high-performing team of quantum engineers, data scientists, and AI researchers.
- Ensure ethical AI standards, data privacy compliance, and explainability in complex AI systems.
- Collaborate closely with product leaders to translate futuristic concepts into deployable, production-ready code.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging trends in AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) and post-quantum cryptography.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, software engineering, and distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and advanced statistical modeling.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or similar) is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional engineering teams and delivering complex technical projects.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive innovation.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
