Responsibilities

- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the technical vision for our 2026 product releases, ensuring feasibility and innovation.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance engineering team and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct in-depth research into emerging technologies and patentable algorithms.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a proven track record of leading technical teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit/Cirq).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, open-ended problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
