Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI research, or technology strategy.
- Proven experience leading technical teams through major architectural transitions.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
- Strong background in strategic planning with a focus on long-term (5+ year) horizons.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex 2026 visions to stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
