Responsibilities
- Architect Future Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of next-generation AI architectures expected to dominate in 2026.
- Strategic Innovation: Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., Agentic AI, Quantum Interfaces) and evaluate their potential for product integration.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse group of engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of creativity and technical excellence.
- Roadmap Development: Define the technical roadmap for future products, ensuring alignment with business goals and market timing.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, executives, and partners.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and thrive on solving unstructured problems.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
