Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security solutions
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (AI, biotech, neural interfaces)
- Develop strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and research institutions
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation lab budget of $5M+ for experimental projects

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Strong financial modeling for tech investment decisions
- Public speaking experience at global tech conferences
