Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum, and biotech convergence

- Architect innovation frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech scaling
- Partner with product teams to commercialize emerging technologies with $100M+ TAM
- Establish industry-wide thought leadership through whitepapers and keynote presentations
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Mentor emerging tech talent in foresight methodologies and strategic innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or hypergrowth startups
- Proven expertise in forecasting tech trends (Gartner, IDC, or similar experience)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management or Technology Foresight
- Track record of launching breakthrough products with 7-figure revenue impact
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or climate tech
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption strategies
