Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record in commercializing quantum/AI/biotech innovations
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
