Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-year technology roadmaps for 2026+ ecosystem integration
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Lead innovation labs to prototype breakthrough solutions addressing climate, healthcare, and accessibility
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Present future-tech frameworks to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technological adoption and ROI

Qualifications
- 12+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services with $10M+ impact
- PhD or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurology preferred
- Strong network ties with tech ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Boston, Austin)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or similar journals
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or government grants
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
