Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) for strategic adoption and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype future solutions
- Develop comprehensive market analysis reports and competitive intelligence on global tech advancements
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with leading research institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-driven insights
- Oversee the development of future-proof infrastructure and digital transformation initiatives
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or corporate development
- Proven track record of launching successful technology initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership or patents in emerging technologies preferred
