Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies including quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, and decentralized networks
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into current product roadmaps
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes to identify strategic advantages
- Present visionary technology blueprints to executive leadership and investment partners
- Establish innovation frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible tech deployment
- Mentor junior strategists and build a high-performing future technology team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO-level experience
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AI/ML ethics, blockchain 3.0, AR/VR ecosystems
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives across global markets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and futures forecasting
- Strong network within global tech policy circles (WTO, IEEE, or similar)
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Futures Studies preferred
