Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with business growth objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3) and assess market readiness
- Lead high-stakes innovation projects from ideation to commercialization
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Manage R&D budget allocation and vendor partnerships for emerging tech
- Drive organizational adoption of future-proof technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services post-2020
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends
- Experience scaling teams through hypergrowth phases
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS AI/ML, Google Cloud Quantum)
