- Lead innovation workshops to generate breakthrough concepts for 2026+ deployment
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into development cycles
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage vendor relationships for cutting-edge tech partnerships
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic implementation success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven experience developing 5+ year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Track record of launching successful tech initiatives
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field
