Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to prototype and deploy cutting-edge solutions.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) and integrate them into our product ecosystem.
- Establish strategic partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, scalable cloud architectures.
- Drive innovation culture initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical leadership.
- Proven track record of defining technology strategies for a period of at least 5+ years.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and DevOps practices.
- Experience leading high-performing teams through periods of rapid transformation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
