Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends in AI, biotech, and clean energy
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Analyze market disruption vectors and competitive intelligence reports
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies
- Present findings to investors and industry thought leaders at global summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI
- CFRP or similar foresight certification preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Portfolio showcasing future-focused projects
