Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to C-suite and board
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading tech labs and research institutions

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or advanced R&D leadership
