Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market sizing for next-gen innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external investors
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with measurable ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, or synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives with $50M+ impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., Nature, IEEE)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
